The Australian Embassy Manila Direct Aid Program for the rehabilitation of the TLC Kitchen Workshop and establishment of the TLC Gift Shop - The Direct Aid Program (DAP) is a flexible, small grants program for selected recipient countries, funded by the Australian Government through the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) and managed by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The goal of DAP is to address humanitarian hardship while at the same time advancing Australia’s international relations and public diplomacy objectives.
